Technology has become an important element in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations, including universities in West Jakarta. IT implementation at the University in the form of a Learning Management System (LMS) helps educational institutions achieve their vision and mission. The ITIL V3 Service Strategy implemented by the University ensures that services can be run optimally according to organizational needs. The university has succeeded in managing IT services in several subdomains well, reaching level 4 in average IT service capability, namely Managed and Measurable. However, it is important to continue to improve IT services to provide clear benefits for universities and students. An effective IT service strategy and good LMS management can increase efficiency and effectiveness in work processes, especially with access via a web browser. Universities need to keep up with the latest technological developments to continue to improve IT and LMS services. It can be understood that this provides a learning experience process that is certainly better for the academic community and increases productivity for higher education.References
