FuzzyLogic Mamdani Untuk Menentukan Jumlah Produksi Teh Pada PTPN VII (Persero)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi dan menentukan jumlah produksi Teh Grade I pada PTPN VII di unit usaha kota Paga Alam dengan menerapkan teori fuzzy logic menggunakan metode Mamdani, sehingga nantinya bisa dijadikan gambaran dan masukan bagi PTPN VII dalam memproduksi produknya. Fuzzy logic Mamdani memiliki 4 fase yaitu Fuzzyfikasi, Pembentukan Basis Pengetahuan (Rule Dalam Bentuk IF..THEN), Aplikasi Fungsi Implikasi dan Penegasan atau Defuzzyfikasi. Untuk membuktikan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis menguji teori dan metode yang diterapkan dengan menggunakan software Matlab 7.10.0.vReferences
