Prototipe Detektor Suhu dan Kelembaban Berbasis IoT di Ruang Server Sistem Informasi Universitas Klabat

Sistem Informasi Unklab (SIU) digunakan untuk mengolah informasi dan memberikan sarana komunikasi terkait akademik secara khusus di kampus Universitas Klabat. SIU ditunjang oleh perangkat keras yang berfungsi sebagai server yang ditempatkan di ruang khusus. Perangkat yang bekerja secara kontinu di ruang server SIU dapat mengalami perubahan suhu dan kelembaban sehingga memengaruhi kinerja dari server. Dalam penelitian ini, perancangan detektor dan analisis dilakukan agar dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam memantau dan mengetahui kondisi suhu dan kelembaban di ruangan server SIU. Informasi suhu dan kelembaban berupa angka, dapat menjadi data yang terekam untuk dianalisa, serta menyimpulkan apakah keadaan suhu dan kelembaban di ruang server SIU sesuai standar atau tidak. Penelitian ini mengacu pada metode Prototyping dengan tahapan pengumpulan data dan analisis sistem, perancangan detektor, pengkodean, uji coba dan implementasi. Adapun komponen utama yang digunakan untuk prototipe alat, terdiri atas sensor suhu dan kelembaban DHT11, mikrokontroler Wemos D1, serta platform IoT Blynk yang berfungsi sebagai sistem notifikasi yang menampilkan data yang terekam dari sensor dalam bentuk grafik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian detektor yang diaktifkan dalam waktu 3 jam, didapati bahwa rangkaian detektor dan sistem dapat berfungsi sesuai tujuan serta aplikasi Blynk Apps dapat menampilkan informasi suhu dan kelembaban dari ruang server SIU. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa suhu rata-rata di ruang server SIU yaitu 22.43 0C dimana nilai tersebut termasuk dalam kisaran nilai standar suhu server pada 18-27 °C. Untuk rata-rata kelembaban didapati nilai 43.73 % rH, berada pada kisaran nilai standar 40-55% rH. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa nilai suhu dan kelembaban di ruang server SIU memenuhi nilai standar yang ada.References
